Description
Tim Coghlan, propietor of Braunston Marina, a canal marina near Rugby (which was used in the filming of the Inspector Morse episode The Wench Is Dead), discovered that a narrow boat they were selling on brokerage might have been stolen. Trying the techniques he learned from Chief Inspector Morse, he pieced together a remarkable story of exactly what happened. As the alleged thief is still at large , all names including towns and canals have been changed. Otherwise this is a true story.
